Plenty of street parking in the neighborhood. ✹ This house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood. This house is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund. ✹ Contactless check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a door code for entry/exit will be provided. ✹ This home has been lovingly curated for out-of-town guests! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews. ✹ Please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour.
