We had a great stay. There were some issues with AirBnb support, which caused some confusion but Love Local were on it. They were responsive, prompt, and transparent with an eye on resolution. I had a very good experience working with them.

Fantastic property, great location!

This was perfect for our friend meet up! Location was perfect to walk to the Rock Roll Hall Of Fame and downtown food places! Clean, nice, and comfy beds! The bedrooms were very quiet from the street noise. Would definitely stay again!

The house is well furnished, very comfortable and clean. It's 15 minutes from the airport and less than 5 minutes from downtown. Very convenient spot for our work trip. If I had to work in the downtown Cleveland area again, I would definitely stay in this property.

This is a great place with tons of space, wonderful location, and was more than perfect for our crew of five. So many food joints to choose from right outside the door and perfect spot as a base for Cleveland’s easily walkable downtown. Hosts were excellent at communication and everything was just as described. Would book again easily.

This condo is actually luxe! The 11th floor view of the city and ship traffic right below on the Cuyahoga River was excellent. I took the smallest of the bedrooms without knowing that it had the most luxurious fully adjustable bed I have ever slept on. The kitchen is set up for catering with two full ovens, a high-end range, and two large refrigerator/freezers. Unlike many AirB&B the kitchen was very well equipped. The dining room has its own dishwasher and large capacity ice maker. The coffee situation was excellent with an $1100 espresso and coffee maker. The movie room with its 12 foot projector screen was perfect for watching a movie. The gas fireplaces were a relaxing touch. One of us commented that his shower was the best he’s ever had. Really everything about the condo was excellent. It is worth noting that to get to all of the condo requires climbing three stories to get to the top where there is exercise equipment and a full do-everything massage chair.
