The unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for longer stays for an additional fee. ✹ Upon check-out, please ensure excess trash is placed in the large receptacles at the side of the house. ★★ RULES AND GUIDELINES ★★ ✹ We ask guests to enjoy and treat our home with the same love and respect as they treat their own home. ✹ For the comfort of all present and future guests, smoking and large gatherings or parties are not permitted inside the house. (if you break this rule, you will be asked to leave by the landlord). ✹ Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is strictly prohibited. Our team has carefully designed the layout for optimal functionality and aesthetics. This rule is in place to maintain the property’s condition and to prevent potential damage. ✹ Check-in is at 4 pm onwards and check-out time is at 10 am. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour. ✹ This property is NOT pet-friendly. ✹ Damage to the property will incur the following charges: Pet cleanup $500-$1000 (minimum), depending on the severity Party cleanup $750 (minimum) Smoking remediation $500 (minimum) Towels $20 each Linens $50 each Comforter $200 Duvet cover $100 ✹ Please note that there are exterior security cameras for monitoring.
