Plenty of street parking in the neighborhood. ✹ This house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood. This house is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund. ✹ Contactless check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a door code for entry/exit will be provided. ✹ This home has been lovingly curated for out-of-town guests! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews. ✹ Please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events. While we appreciate your interest in our property, we reserve the right to decline such guests. ✹ Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities ahead of time so we can better prepare for your reservation. ✹ The rental rate does not include a daily housekeeping service. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour. ✹ Undeclared guests in the reservation are not allowed inside the property. ✹ STRICT QUIET HOURS 10PM - 7AM "Especially Outdoor" ✹ Damage to the property will incur the following charges: ✔ Pet cleanup $500-$1000 (minimum), depending on the severity ✔ Party cleanup $750 (minimum) ✔ Smoking remediation $500 (minimum) ✔ Towels $20 each ✔ Linens $50 each ✔ Comforter $200 ✔ Duvet cover $100 ✹ Please note that there are exterior security cameras for monitoring. Great for our Stay for a sporting event. Close enough to arena to uber or drive. Plenty of room for our entire party!!

Having both spaces was so nice to spread out but still spend time together! Perfect location near cute shops and bars, lovely clean space, so so happy and would absolutely stay again next time!!
