The unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for longer stays for an additional fee. ✹ Upon check-out, please ensure excess trash is placed in the large receptacles at the side of the house. ★★ RULES AND GUIDELINES ★★ ✹ We ask guests to enjoy and treat our home with the same love and respect as they treat their own home. ✹ For the comfort of all present and future guests, smoking and large gatherings or parties are not permitted inside the house. (if you break this rule, you will be asked to leave by the landlord). ✹ Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is strictly prohibited. Our team has carefully designed the layout for optimal functionality and aesthetics. This rule is in place to maintain the property’s condition and to prevent potential damage. ✹ Check-in is at 4 pm onwards and check-out time is at 10 am. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour. ✹ Undeclared guests in the reservation are not allowed inside the property. ✹ STRICT QUIET HOURS 10PM - 7AM "Especially Outdoor" ✹ Damage to the property will incur the following charges: Pet cleanup $500-$1000 (minimum), depending on the severity Party cleanup $750 (minimum) Smoking remediation $500 (minimum) Towels $20 each Linens $50 each Comforter $200 Duvet cover $100 ✹ Please note that there are exterior security cameras for monitoring. A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property. ✹ Guests must complete a check-in form, upload a valid ID for identity verification, and sign a rental agreement. ✹ Please note that by booking, you consent to a third party screening your identity and checking criminal databases to confirm your reservation. There is a bus line that runs from Crocker Park in Westlake (on the west end) along Detroit Road all the way downtown (on the east end). There are many stops along Detroit Road (one block up the hill). Check out Cleveland RTA for more info. There are usually plenty of Bird Scooters available to rent through the Bird app in the area. App will show locations of scooters. You can walk to tons of shops, restaurants, venues, and parks. Plenty of street parking in the neighborhood. A $500 damage waiver fee is required for all stays exceeding 30 days.
