Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. Stayed here during Thanksgiving week with my wife, four year old son, and dog. Very spacious house for the 3 of us. The bedding was super cozy and they had a great kitchen for making some of the Thanksgiving snacks. The house is a quick walk to the main strip in Gordon Square and our favorite restaurant in Cleveland Astoria. There is also a park nearby for nice walks with the dog or small playground for kids. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the area or close to Ohio City.

Great spot to stay for the night — space was really clean. Also, I did not sign their additional agreement and that did not jeopardize the reservation.

The house is in a great location to get downtown and to many local attractions easily by car (art museum, aquarium, Rock & Hall of Fame). It is also very walkable to coffee, food, and the beach. As others have mentioned, it’s the downstairs unit of a duplex. There wasn’t anyone upstairs during our stay so there was no competition for the driveway. It was more space than our family of three needed but it was great for our son to have his own room and bathroom. The primary suite is huge with a little sitting area. Beds were comfortable! We had our dog with us and it was really nice to be able to take a nice walk to the water and enjoy the warm October weather! Briana is very communicative and fast to respond!
