✹ For the comfort of all present and future guests, smoking and large gatherings or parties are not permitted inside the house. (if you break this rule, you will be asked to leave by the landlord).

✹ Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is strictly prohibited. Our team has carefully designed the layout for optimal functionality and aesthetics. This rule is in place to maintain the property’s condition and to prevent potential damage.

✹ Check-in is at 4 pm onwards and check-out time is at 10 am. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour.

✹ Undeclared guests in the reservation are not allowed inside the property.

✹ Damage to the property will incur the following charges:

The bedding was super cozy and they had a great kitchen for making some of the Thanksgiving snacks. The house is a quick walk to the main strip in Gordon Square and our favorite restaurant in Cleveland Astoria. There is also a park nearby for nice walks with the dog or small playground for kids. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the area or close to Ohio City." (10/5)

As others have mentioned, it’s the downstairs unit of a duplex. There wasn’t anyone upstairs during our stay so there was no competition for the driveway.

It was more space than our family of three needed but it was great for our son to have his own room and bathroom. The primary suite is huge with a little sitting area. Beds were comfortable! 

We had our dog with us and it was really nice to be able to take a nice walk to the water and enjoy the warm October weather!
